Let me share a secret: I've been there. Burnout knocked on my door, not once but twice. The first time I experienced burnout was in my mid-thirties when I was principal of a start-up charter school. I walked away from that position at the end of my 4th year and never looked back. I was mentally and physically exhausted and took an entire year off to regain my life. I changed my eating habits, developed a powerful exercise routine and better stress management skills.

I thought I had everything under control and then 10 years later, I started to feel burned out again. I had created a thriving consulting business and was living life on my own terms. I controlled my time, my business and my income. How could I possibly be burned out again? I had created my dream business, but it was sucking the life out of me.

This time I knew I needed more than just physical changes and stress management, so I started looking for ways to change my thoughts and my mind. I took a deep dive into practicing meditation and learning guided imagery. I also decided to give hypnosis a try, and signed up for a hypnosis session and acquired several self-hypnosis recordings. I believe that it was hypnosis that really helped me kick burnout to the curb.

Hypnosis created such a powerful change in me that I later decided to get trained to be a hypnotherapist. I've seen countless clients transform their lives with hypnosis, finding renewed energy and purpose.
